General Scope & Summary Consultants are responsible for delivery of detailed software solutions through consulting project activities under the direction of a Project Manager. Technical responsibilities include implementation, testing, client training, and final solution deployment. Consultant performance is typically evaluated based on utilization (billable hours) and successful completion of projects per agreed scope and budget. Consultants are expected to actively identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer’s organizations while helping customers realize the most potential from their Aspect solutions.
